'Visitor Mannekin Fox' hunting trophy

1635,46

This hunting trophy has been designed to become a piece of colourful contemporary decoration. The fox is hand-made with pieces of 'vintage' tapestry collected by the artist. As each tapestry motif is different, your object will be unique. Hunting occupied an important place in the King's leisure activities. Louis XIV and his son the Grand Dauphin went out regularly to hunt with bows and arrows in the park of the Château or on horseback and with hounds in the park of Versailles, ten times larger than the one of today. Designer : Frédérique Morrel Material : Tapestry Made in France Dimensions : L30 x W60 x H45 cm
