"Rose" Spoon

The delicacy of the rose at tea-time

This spoon was produced entirely in Parisian workshops. After being cast and then dipped in a copper bath before receiving its final touch by being dipped in a bath of gold or silver. The metals used are suitable for food. Each piece has received the hallmark of a teapot to guarantee its authenticity. We advise you to wash it exclusively by hand and to store it away from the light.

This object's design was inspired by the plant life that surrounds us. The roses on the handle of the spoon recall the celebrated "Rose" portrait of Marie-Antoinette painted by Elisabeth Louise Vigée-Le Brun (the Queen's official painter) in 1783.
