This tea cup, accompanied by a saucer, reproduces the historic tea service of queen Marie-Antoinette, made by the Royal Manufactory of Sèvres in 1782.

The delicate "beads and cornflowers" pattern shows cornflowers between two rows of beads on a green background framed in a gold fillet. Two original pieces of this service still exist, one of which is in the Château de Versailles.
