This oval jar candle is decorated with a cursive monogram of Marie-Antoinette in gilt letters with, on either side of it, a garland of pink flowers and gilt leaves. Once lit, the candle will give off a sweet scent of lily-of-the-valley. This jar matches the "Marie-Antoinette" pill-box also sold in the Online Boutique.

The pattern of this jar is the one used to decorate Marie-Antoinette's travel kit which was carried in a rectangular mahogany chest. It featured a porcelain tea service, a set of toiletries, writing accessories and other items that the queen wanted with her when she travelled.
