Special issue "The Queen's Hamlet"

Connaissance des Arts

9,00

The Connaissance des Arts magazine published a special issue dedicated to the Queen’s Hamlet. Built in partnership with the Palace of Versailles, this issue spotlights the reopening of the Queen’s Hamlet, built for Marie-Antoinette by Richard Micque between 1783 and 1786.

It can once again be visited by the public thanks to the exceptional opening of the newly restored and refurnished Queen’s House, Games House and Warming Room. The magazine outlines these places forming the Queen’s peace haven, far from the tumult of the Court of Versailles.
