Once upon a time...

Children will enjoy playing with this pretty plush cat, which comes in a decorative box, to imaginatively bring Charles Perrault's famous tale back to life. This toy is hand-washable. We advise letting it dry in the open air. It is suitable for children over 10 months old.

In the late 17th century Charles Perrault wrote Puss In Boots, a prose tale based on Indian and Sanskrit tales featuring mischievous animals written several centuries earlier. In Perrault's tale the cat, the only thing a miller's youngest son inherited, uses trickery and deception to help his owner become rich and powerful and marry a princess.
