This bag is part of a limited series made from banners of the exhibition “Festivities and entertainment at Court”. Hand-picked and cut, each piece in this collection is unique.

Made entirely from recycled materials, it has a large outer zipped pocket, a solid inner lining with a semi-rigid bottom and two handles made from safety belts. The underside is reinforced with studs. Patches protect the corners and the handles. The bag is hand-washable only.
Its compact cabin format is designed specifically to go to the fitness or to work.

The exhibition "Festivities and entertainment at Court" was presented at the Palace of Versailles from 29 November 2016 to 26 March 2017. The Palace of Versailles presents an exhibition showing the infinite variety and ingenuity of entertainment provided at Court, making Versailles a venue for ever more monumental, extraordinary and fantastical festivities and shows. Covering three reings, from Louis XIV to the French Revolution, the exhibition does not aim to be exhaustive, but focuses on the courtier's point of view.

These bags are manufactured by the eco-design company Bilum in workshops specialising in saddlery and luggage. Apart from being sponge cleaned on each side, the exhibition banners received no further processing.
