This powdered preparation for “old fashioned” hot chocolate is to be mixed with hot water or milk and should be totally diluted before consuming. Drink quickly after reconstitution.

In 1770, when Marie-Antoinette married Louis XVI, she brought her own personal chocolatier with her from Austria. He invented new recipes for her with orange flower and sweet almonds.

You can find all the Angelina products at the Angelina tea rooms at the Palace of Versailles and the Petit Trianon.
