This apricot jam is sweet and flavourful. It was made by artisans who ensure its rich fruit flavour.

The King’s meals comprised six or eight dishes, called “services”. The last was made up of desserts. Alongside fresh fruit, fruit compotes and fruit pastes, the King was also served liquid or dry jams.
