This fine jelly is flavoured with Ladurée’s “Marie-Antoinette” tea.

Tea was expensive in the 18th century as it had to be imported. Drinking it gave one a prestigious image. It was also linked to the rise of new public establishments, such as cafés, and new habits, such as breakfast and afternoon snacks, which slowly spread throughout society.
