This ring recalls the garden of the Orangerie and particularly the 900 orange trees of the Palace of Versailles. A masterpiece of the architect Jules Hardouin-Mansart, the Orangerie and its garden feature orange trees from Portugal, Spain and Italy, as well as lemon and pomegranate trees, some of them over 200 years old.

The ring is decorated with a crocheted orange blossom made with great finesse and by hand by a craft worker, following the tradition of crochet techniques using cotton thread.
