"Ladies of the Court" Passeport holder - Madame Adélaïde

14,00

An elegant passport holder illustrated with a portrait of Marie-Adélaïde of France, known as Madame Adélaïde, making knots, painted by Jean-Marc Nattier in 1756. The motifs are inspired by the hanging of Madame Adelaide's room.

The "Ladies of the Court" range was created for the Chapelle counter in the heart of the palace of Versailles. Using the portraits of Ladies put on a flowery background, reminiscent of the Palace's tapestries.
