This delicious spread can be enjoyed on a slice of bread or a brioche for a snack or breakfast.

Chocolate reached France at the wedding of Louis XIII and Anne of Austria. This delicacy, in all its forms, became part of the culinary habits at Versailles under Louis XIV, who made it popular at Court. But it was Louis XV, in the following century, who was considered the greatest fan of the cocoa-based drink.

You can find all the Angelina products at the Angelina tea rooms at the Palace of Versailles and the Petit Trianon.
