Versailles sneakers - Purple

The result of a collaboration between the palace of Versailles and Le Lissier, a young French brand specializing in "upcycling" (the process of giving a new life to a second-hand object), this elegant pair of sneakers was made from the exceptional fabrics of former exhibitions. 

From one product to the other, the patterns and the cut are different, making each product unique.

A responsible upcycled fabric shoe designer since 2019, Le Lissier focuses on handcrafting unique pairs of sneakers, designed in France and made in Portugal with leather sourced from Italy. This fabric was made with golden thread to evoke the refinement of the court of Versailles.

This approach is part of the desire, already carried for several years by the palace of Versailles, to reuse certain materials related to exhibitions and construction sites: signage, scenography or decorative tarpaulins.

Maintenance:
Waterproof your sneakers before use. Dust them with a soft brush, then clean them with a damp cloth and dry immediately. In case of persistent stain, clean with a cloth moistened with scarlet water. The soles should be cleaned with a brush and soap.

Tips and Sizes:
The sneakers fit small. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
